Messages to officials working during specific time frames (like an upcoming tournament weekend) streamline event-specific communications. For minor officials, parents/guardians are automatically copied on all messages to maintain proper oversight.
Parent/Guardian Notifications
Automatically copy parents or guardians on all communications for officials under 18, ensuring SafeSport compliance and maintaining appropriate oversight for youth officials.

Depending on permission levels set by Ref Insight administrators, competition representatives can either request match detail changes or make modifications directly through the portal.

Assignors and Ref Insight administrators can selectively publish match and incident reports to the Competition Portal for league and club representatives to view, while keeping this information separate from the public-facing schedule URL.
